How to Download Patient Reports Using SMCL Web Portal?
Welcome to the Star Metropolis Clinical Laboratories (SMCL) web portal. Follow these steps to access and download patient reports:
Step-by-Step Guide
Access the Portal:
Log on to http://starmetropolislab.com/Account/SignIn.aspx and click on ‘Log In’ tab, highlighted below.
or https://starmetropolisme.com/ and Click on the 'Reports' tab on the homepage.
Log In:
Enter your username and password provided by Star Metropolis (if you unable to find user name and password please write us on it@starmetropolis.ae)
Click on the 'Login' button.
Navigate to Report list:
Once logged in, navigate to the 'Reports list' section.
Search for Reports:
Use the search bar to find the specific patient report.
You can search by:
Patient TRF ID Accession No.
Patient Name
Date of the test
File No.
View Pending Reports:
Click on the 'Pending List' to view reports that are awaiting completion.
Download Reports:
Locate the report you wish to download. Click on the 'Logo' icon or button associated with the report. The report will be downloaded to your device in PDF format.
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, Please write us on it@starmetropolis.ae with your SMCL account number or User name we will reset and send back to you new password.
